If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, I can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt — that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many plans offer out-of-network benefits that cover a significant portion of therapy costs. I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
