A fee of $100 applies for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or for missed appointments. This policy helps ensure consistent availability for all clients.
If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, I can provide a superbill - a detailed receipt - that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many plans offer out-of-network benefits that cover a significant portion of therapy costs. I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. You can ask your provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, and if you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute the bill.
